Everton striker Moise Kean has shown Carlo Ancelotti the worst he has to offer, after struggling to produce in an “ineffective” debut for Paris Saint-Germainm following the Italian’s loan move to the French capital.

Kean joined the Ligue 1 giants late into the delayed international transfer market, with Ancelotti sanctioning a one-season deal which reports by France Football, via the Daily Mail, suggest features an option to buy for €20million (£18.08m) next summer.

Ancelotti rarely trusted the 20-year-old to play for Everton last term, with the Blues boss awarding his compatriot just four starts in the Premier League and 12 appearances from the bench, which returned two goals.

The forward remained on the bench for Everton’s opening games of the current campaign before joining PSG, whom he made his debut for against Nimes Olympique on Saturday as part of an attacking trio alongside Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.

Kean did not start as he means to go on at the Costieres Stadium, with RMC Sport noting that thee 8-cap international was “ineffective in front of goal” and he did not participate in many of the visitor’s worthwhile attacks.

The French publication also say that Kean will have blamed himself for failing to open his account against Nimes, having squandered a glorious chance to score when he broke one-on-one against Baptise Reynet minutes before half-time, only to smash his effort wide.

Kean later struck the woodwork with a header, but he ended the match with just 22 touches, despite playing the full 90 minutes, per SofaScore.

Kean’s efforts were so poor against Nimes that French outlet L’Equipe, via Sport Witness, slated his performance, only awarding the 20-year-old a four out of ten rating – the lowest of any PSG player.

Only two Nimes’ players scored lower than Kean, too, who will have to improve over the comings months if he wishes to remain at the Parc des Princes beyond his loan spell or return to Goodison Park and fulfil the potential which saw Everton pay Juventus £25.1m to sign him.

SofaScore data from PSG’s win over Nimes also shows Kean to have only directed one shot on target, whilst he missed the mark three times, lost two of five ground duels, two of three aerial duels, turned over possession three times and committed two fouls.

The forward was able to beat his marker with each of his two attempted dribbles and he provided one key ball, completed each of his 10 passes and made one interception. But Kean’s overall “ineffective” performance left much to the imagination as he made his PSG debut on the wrong foot.

Ainda com o ex-camisa 9 na ativa, ele decidiu que se tornaria funcionário permanente do clube, já prevendo a iminente aposentadoria do Fenômeno.

Mazziotti comandava o Lab Corinthians R9, laboratório de biomecânica localizado no CT corintiano. Único centro deste segmento no futebol brasileiro, o departamento acostumou-se a receber diversos jogadores de fora e do próprio Brasil e tornou-se referência em recuperações de lesões.

Let’s face it, Glasgow Rangers winger Brandon Barker has failed to make the most of his second chance under Steven Gerrard. The former England U20 international, who was widely tipped to leave the Ibrox outfit, was given a big opportunity alongside Alfredo Morelos on the right wing, with Ianis Hagi named on the bench in the first Old Firm derby of the season.

Although Rangers romped to a 2-0 win over their arch-rivals Celtic, it’s fair to say that he didn’t really do much, if anything at all, to justify his place in the starting line-up.

The Independent gave him an average grade of 6/10, claiming “he ran hard, but ultimately didn’t provide too much of an impact before being replaced”, whilst The Daily Record gave him the same score, saying he was “handed a big opportunity on the sides of Morelos and was urged by his manager to start offering a bit more with just a quarter of the contest having elapsed.”

Since then, Barker was subsequently dropped to the bench for the game against Standard Liege in the Europa League group stages, whilst he wasn’t even named in the squad for the 2-0 win over Livingston last weekend, which implies that Gerrard’s patience is rapidly wearing thin.

And with reports over the summer suggesting that Gerrard’s side were keeping tabs on Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy, it may be time for the Light Blues to cut their losses.

Reports in recent times had revealed that Murphy was interested in a loan move to the Ibrox outfit but Newcastle boss Steve Bruce wanted him to stay and fight for his place at St James’ Park.

Whilst a move failed to materialise at the time, Rangers chief Ross Wilson must return for the attacking midfielder, who can play on the left or right flank, in the winter transfer window before it’s too late.

Bye-bye Barker?

Bruce has heaped praise on Murphy for his return to form in recent weeks, but he will face a fight to fend off interest from elsewhere as he has entered the last year of his current contract.

The 25-year-old was given his time to shine against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League at the weekend and he seized the opportunity with open arms after he scored on his first start in the English top flight since 2018.

This season, Murphy is averaging 1.5 dribbles in the Premier League, via WhoScored, whilst Barker is only managing fewer than one dribble per game in the Scottish Premiership, as per WhoScored.

Once hailed as a talented player who has “great ability” by his teammate Rob Elliot, the Englishman arguably played some of the best football of his career whilst on loan at Sheffield Wednesday last term, where he scored nine goals and supplied four assists in the Championship, whilst he averaged 1.7 shots, 1.1 key passes and 1.7 dribbles per game via WhoScored. By comparison, Barker only managed to score one goal in the Scottish top tier last term, via Transfermarkt.

The versatile player was deployed as a full-back in a back five at Molineux, which suggests that he could provide injury cover and competition for club captain James Tavernier as well. We reckon Rangers would be better off binning Barker and bringing Murphy in instead. Get it done, Gers, by any means necessary.

Despite netting in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Liverpool at the back end of last season, Reiss Nelson hasn’t seen too much game-time in the first-team.

The England U21 international has yet to play a single minute of Premier League football at the start of this new campaign, with his only form of action coming in the cup competitions.

But against Dundalk in the Europa League on Thursday night, Nelson delivered one of his most impressive performances in an Arsenal shirt, giving manager Mikel Arteta plenty to think about over these coming weeks and months.

Starting from the right-hand side of attack, the 20-year-old was one of the few Gunners players who always looked to drive forward at every opportunity, causing Dundalk defenders to run back towards their own goal in fear.

Whilst he may not have gotten himself on the score-sheet or even provided an assist for any of Arsenal’s goals in their 3-0 win over their Irish counterparts, he was undeniably their brightest spark.

As per Sofascore, he had three total shots, delivered two key passes and sent in a team-high ten crosses. Whilst only three of them found their mark, the intent was there, and in a team that’s been crying out for some creativity and energy recently, Nelson provided bundles of that.

The starlet has all the raw ingredients to become a top player, with pace to burn and incredible close control whilst running at speed. If the Arsenal boss can harness that in the right way, then they could have one of the Premier League’s elite wingers on their hands.

واستكمل: “هدفنا المستقبلي كأس العالم 2022، ولكن أتمنى أن تكون هناك خطة مستقبلية، ويكون لديه 4 سنوات يعمل خلالها ويُقال هذا الكلام أن تُمنح الفرصة والمساحة للأجهزة الفنية”.

وواصل: “البعض قال لماذا لم أتحدث حينها فهل كنت سأخرج قبل البطولة بأسبوع وأقول إن هناك خلافًا”.

وأضاف: “عمرو وردة ظلم نفسه وهو لاعب جيد جدًا ولكنه لا يركز في الكرة بشكل احترافي”.

واختتم: “هذا هو الفارق بين لاعب يركز ليصنع مستقبلاً لنفسه وآخر يظهر ويختفي وعليه الانتباه فهو يكبر في السن”.

Assim que assumiu o clube chinês, no início do mês passado Vanderlei Luxemburgo fez uma e acabou levando sete membros da comissão técnica permanente do Flamengo.

وأضاف: “لقد أخبرني والدني أنني كنت على غلاف (ماركا)، قمت بمشاهدة ذلك على تويتر، وكان أمرًا ممتعًا”.

وأتم تصريحاته قائلًا: “الأمر كان لطيف وممتع بالفعل، ولكن ما هو الجيد؟ ليس التواجد في الصفحة الأولى من ماركا سيجعلني ألعب بشكل جيد”.
